Schubert Motors USA is concept-stage. The intent is to sell and deliver every car directly — no franchise network, no dealer markup, no intermediary between the owner and the people who build it. Below is the model we are designing toward, not a service that exists yet.

The traditional dealer model was designed for high-volume, low-margin commodity vehicles. It adds cost, removes accountability, and disconnects the manufacturer from the customer. That is not the model we intend to build.
The goal is to operate exclusively direct-to-owner: the order taken by our team, the car built by our team, the car delivered by our team — so the same people who answer your questions stay accountable for what is under the body panels. None of this is operating yet; it is the intent of a concept-stage company.
Price transparency is a founding principle. When there is a car to sell, the intent is that the listed price is the price you pay — no addendum stickers, no market adjustment, no allocation games.

The intent: a listed price that is final, with no dealer in the middle to mark it up.
Accountability
The goal is that whoever delivers a car can answer why any decision was made.

We want delivery to be a considered handover, not a transaction.

The plan: warranty and service handled by the people who hold the original build records.

STEP BY STEP
Facility Visit
The goal: before any car is handed over, you walk the floor where it was built and meet the people who signed off on it. No factory exists yet — this is the intent, not a current offering.
Specification Review
The intended process: every specification — paint, interior, powertrain calibration, track settings — is confirmed with you in person before final sign-off, with room for last adjustments.
Handover
The plan is to present each car in the bay it was completed in, not a staged showroom, and transfer documents, keys, and the full build record to the owner directly.
Owner Orientation
We intend for a Schubert technician to walk every owner through each system and adjustable setting in person — no dealership hand-off, with someone who can answer any question.
Enclosed Transport (Intended Option)
If driving home is not practical, the goal is to arrange enclosed transport through a carrier we select and manage, rather than an open trailer or third-party lot.

No service network exists yet. The company is incorporated and Michigan-based; every location below is an intended future site, not an operating one. First running prototype is targeted for 2027.
