Schubert Motors USA is a concept-stage American performance vehicle company headquartered in Michigan. The goal is to build a real product company from the ground up — funded honestly and shown publicly. The build series is meant to be a public record of the real work as it happens.

Every major decision, build milestone, and mistake is documented publicly. We operate in full view — you will see the real work, not a highlight reel.
Hands-On
No consultant layer between ideas and metal. The intent is that everyone here touches the work — engineers build, builders understand engineering. That is the standard we are hiring toward.

Powertrain Development Engineer
Help take the axial-flux hybrid system from CAD and bench toward a running prototype. Work directly alongside founder Evo Schubert and document every finding on camera. This is a founding engineering hire, not a seat on an existing team.
Chassis & Suspension Engineer
Design, simulate, and validate suspension geometry for the Cyclotis and Velma concepts as they move from design toward a first running prototype (targeted for 2027). A founding hire — you will help define how these cars get built, not inherit a finished process.
Manufacturing & Build Operations Lead
Help stand up a pilot-build process from scratch for the first prototypes — there is no shop floor yet, and building one is part of the job. Low-volume, high-complexity, founding-stage work — not a production-line role.
Vehicle Software & Controls Engineer
Develop embedded control software spanning torque vectoring, battery management, and driver interface. Bring modern software engineering practices to a clean-sheet vehicle architecture.
Brand & Content Strategist
Shape how the brand speaks across every channel — from episode scripts to press releases to investor decks. Deep fluency in performance automotive culture is non-negotiable.
Finance & Investor Relations Manager
Support fundraising, financial modeling, and ongoing investor communication. This is a high-visibility role at a company that operates with full public financial transparency.
